The internal research work promotes product innovations. In the company's research centre at the Münster site, a multi-disciplinary team of horticultural engineers, biologists, chemists and agronomists is liaising with the internal market research staff and investigating how each individual product can be designed to be even more efficient, safe, ecological and user-friendly. Besides searching for new raw materials, the experts devise new formulations and consistently enhance product formulas. Testing efficiency and plant compati-bility also falls within the sphere of responsibility of the research and development work. The effect of our soils, fertilisers and plant protection products can be directly tested on our own trial plots outdoors and in greenhouses, and formulations adapted accordingly.
